How to Return an Item
1. Get in Touch
Email us at hello@gingistore.com or WhatsApp us at +971 058 591 9572
Just let us know your order number and which items you’d like to return or exchange.
We’ll take care of the rest!
2. Prepare Your Items
Carefully repack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, just as you received them.
3. Collection & Inspection
We’ll arrange pickup, inspect the items to ensure they meet our return guidelines, and once approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days.
Return Conditions

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unused condition.

Include the original packaging, tags, and any instructions.

Items that are used, washed, worn, or have perfume/scents may not be accepted. If this happens, we’ll return them back to you with care.

We're truly sorry! Let us know within 14 days, and we’ll arrange a full refund, including any original shipping charges if applicable.
