At GINGI, we currently offer delivery within the UAE with the options outlined below. We're always working to enhance your shopping experience and will introduce more delivery methods soon—stay tuned for updates!

Delivery Process:
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after acceptance and deliver it to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, as successful delivery to the given address releases GINGI from any further responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Receiving Your Order:
Our shipping partner will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. Please note that they are not responsible for verifying the recipient’s identity.

If we are unable to reach you, we can happily arrange for a re-delivery.

Important Notes:

  • The delivery process may be updated at our discretion to better serve you.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled—you can, however, follow our Return Policy if needed.

  • We offer three delivery attempts per shipment. If all attempts are unsuccessful due to unavailability or order rejection, a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin fee.

TIME REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

The delivery times below are calculated from the time of our acceptance of your order (Order Confirmation).

SAME-DAY DELIBERY: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras al Khaimah, and Ajman.

  • Price: AED 25 - Free for orders over AED 250.
  • Time: From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
    Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

48h DELIVERY: Across the UAE.

  • Price: AED 20 - Free for orders over AED 200
  • Time: From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
    Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

* Orders placed outside of working hours (8 am- 2 pm), after the cut-off time, and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and bank holidays — during this time, same-day and next-day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We’ll provide you with an order number once we receive your order request—this helps us assist you better when you contact us.

You'll receive an email confirming we’ve received your order, but it’s only confirmed once you get a dispatch notification from us. No other party is authorized to confirm your order on our behalf.

General Delivery Conditions

We’re committed to delivering your order within the estimated timelines provided at checkout. However, these are only estimates. If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, you’ll receive a full refund. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, including unavailability to receive delivery or requested postponements.

If the items you receive don’t match your order, please contact our customer service at hello@gingistore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will notify you promptly if they occur and take steps to minimize any impact.

Ownership and Responsibility

  • Risk of the products passes to you once the order is confirmed.

  • Ownership of the products transfers to you once full payment is received.

Product Supply Suspension
We may need to temporarily pause product supply to:

  • Address minor technical issues

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory changes

In such cases, we’ll notify you in advance unless it’s an emergency. You may choose to cancel your order if the product is unavailable, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Complimentary Gifts
We hope you love your complimentary gift with your purchase. Please note that items purchased on our site cannot be returned if the complimentary gift has been opened or its packaging tampered with.

Prices

  • All prices are displayed in AED, including 5% VAT for UAE orders.

  • Additional services like delivery costs will be shown at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

  • If your payment card is in a different currency, your card issuer will apply the exchange rate at the time of payment.

  • Delivery charges, taxes, and duties may vary based on your delivery destination and selected services.
