These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to our website http://www.gingistore.com (the "Website") and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions").

It is important to read these Terms and any other terms of use posted on the Website. These form our Website Terms, which control your use of our website and its services. We may update these Website Terms without notifying you by posting the changes on the Website, so please check regularly for any updates. When you place an Order through our Website, you agree to the latest version of the Website Terms. If a change in the law requires us to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it is fulfilled, this change will be applied to your Order. Otherwise, the version of the Website Terms posted at the time your Order was placed will apply. If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made by you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and ALL GARARTI LABELS TEXTILE TRADING LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Conditions you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by updating the Website. By continuing to use the Website after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modifies terms.

We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted tender types; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (ii) enter binding Orders with us.

In addition, only Orders with delivery addresses within Dubai and UAE can currently be processed via the UAE Website. Please refer to the Delivery section below. The Website is for your personal use or gift, only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.

OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Your use of the Website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark, or other intellectual property rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including our software, HTML, or other code contained on the Website. This includes without limitation all graphics, user interfaces, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks or service marks reproduced through the System. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by us or the licensor of such Content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, linking, commercially exploiting, copying, and using the above-listed materials on any other server, location, or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy to view Content for your personal use.

REGISTRATION

To take advantage of the features and services of this Website, you can either use the Website on a "guest check-out" basis or create an Account and register your details with us. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

It is your ongoing responsibility to make sure that any personal and payment details you provide to us are valid, accurate, and complete. You can update your details by updating them in your website profile. Please keep your account details and password confidential and secure. Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of those details. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised. By registering or placing an Order on the Website you warrant that you meet the Eligibility criteria described above and that the information you provide is yours and is accurate in all respects. Commercial entities are not eligible to register with us.

The functionality of buying goods as a guest is also available on the website. Under this type of purchase, only such data which are essential to process your order will be requested from you. Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continuing as a non-registered user.

How we will accept your order

When you place an order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes, and duties where applicable.

If we cannot accept your order

Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, and stock availability. Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.

If we are unable to accept your order, a landing page indicating that the order has not been placed will normally appear by default and we will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because of any credit issue on your credit card, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a collection time you have specified.

The Website (or our Website Call Centre) may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time, we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

SHIPPING METHODS

At GINGI, we currently offer delivery within the UAE with the options outlined below. We're always working to enhance your shopping experience and will introduce more delivery methods soon—stay tuned for updates!

Delivery Process:
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after acceptance and deliver it to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, as successful delivery to the given address releases GINGI from any further responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Receiving Your Order:
Our shipping partner will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. Please note that they are not responsible for verifying the recipient’s identity.

If we are unable to reach you, we can happily arrange for a re-delivery.

Important Notes:

• The delivery process may be updated at our discretion to better serve you.

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled—you can, however, follow our Return Policy if needed.

• We offer three delivery attempts per shipment. If all attempts are unsuccessful due to unavailability or order rejection, a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin fee.

TIME REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

The delivery times below are calculated from the time of our acceptance of your order (Order Confirmation).

SAME-DAY DELIBERY: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras al Khaimah, and Ajman.

• Price: AED 25 - Free for orders over AED 250.
• Time: From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
  Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

48h DELIVERY: Across the UAE.

• Price: AED 20 - Free for orders over AED 200
• Time: From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
  Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

* Orders placed outside of working hours (8 am- 2 pm), after the cut-off time, and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and bank holidays — during this time, same-day and next-day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We will assign an order number and notify you once we receive your order request. Please keep this number handy when contacting us about your order.

You'll receive an email acknowledgment once we receive your order. However, your order is confirmed only when you receive a dispatch notification from us. Please note that no other party is authorized to confirm your order on our behalf.

General Delivery Conditions

We are committed to delivering your order within the estimated timelines provided at checkout or in the confirmation email. However, these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. If we are unable to deliver your order within 20 days of order confirmation, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as unavailability to receive delivery or requested postponements.

Orders are delivered daily, except on UAE public holidays. Ensure appropriate access for deliveries, particularly on Fridays. Our courier will make up to four phone calls to schedule your delivery and up to three delivery attempts before the order is canceled.

If the quantity of products received does not match your order, please contact our Customer Service at hello@gingistore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If such a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize any impact.

When You Become Responsible for the Goods
Risk in the products transfers to you upon order confirmation.

When You Own the Goods
Ownership of the purchased products transfers to you once full payment is received.

Reasons We May Suspend the Supply of Products
We may need to suspend supply in cases such as:

• Addressing technical issues or minor improvements

• Updating products to comply with legal or regulatory requirements

If we suspend the supply of a product, we will notify you in advance unless it is urgent or an emergency. If your order is suspended, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund.

Complimentary Gifts
We hope you love your complimentary gift with purchases at GINGI. Please note that items purchased on the site are non-returnable if the complimentary gift has been opened or its packaging tampered with.

Payment

We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Payment will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid, or where we do not think, you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, we may request additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card with a photo, to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments. GINGI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof) if it suspects there is fraudulent or suspicious activity. The Website is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes to your payment options on the website (or any portion thereof). It is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with GINGI to get the payment options reactivated.

100% SECURE PAYMENT

The payment is perfectly secure. In case of payment by credit card, it is done on the website of our partner Stripe. This means that no banking information about you is transmitted via the online shop. Your credit card details are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer protocol and are never transmitted in clear text over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. We have no access to your details and do not keep them on the server, which is why they are requested again each time you make a new transaction on our site.

Prices

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and VAT 5% is included in all UAE orders. Exclude services you may elect to pair the purchase with, like delivery costs, will be displayed before your final checkout.

Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency than AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.

The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select, and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes, and duties apply (if any).

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes

Promotional codes are valid only by their terms until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale, or promotion. They are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties. Inner Circle discounts are currently not available for Orders placed through the Website.

EXCLUSIONS

Unless otherwise stated, select brand exclusions apply to all promotional codes and offers. If the item is not eligible for the offer, the discount will not be reflected.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

For any gift with purchase, regional exclusions and minimum spending requirements may apply. Gifts apply on orders from the brands listed in the offer banner only. Until stock lasts. For any returns, the gift should be sent back with the returned item in the same condition it was received in.

Returns & Refunds Made Easy at GINGI

We want you to absolutely love your GINGI items, but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry – we’re here to make things easy for you!

How to Return an Item:

1. Get in Touch
Simply send us an email at hello@gingistore.com or WhatsApp us at +971 058 591 9572, and let us know your order number along with the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll take it from there!

2. Prepare Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, just the way you received them, so we can process your return smoothly.

3. Collection & Inspection
Our friendly team will arrange for the collection, check the items to ensure they meet our return guidelines, and once everything looks good, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Items should be in their original, unused condition, just like when they arrived to you.

• Please include the original packaging with all tags and instructions attached.

A Few Important Things to Keep in Mind:

• We kindly ask that returned items are in their original condition. If they have been used, washed, or have any scents, we may not be able to process the return, but don’t worry – we’ll send them right back to you with care.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please reach out to us within 14 days, and we’ll make it right by arranging a full refund, including any original delivery charges if applicable.

Refund Process:

• Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds will be credited back to your original card within 3-5 business days.

• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be provided as store vouchers for your next GINGI adventure!

Order Cancellations:
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order before it’s processed by contacting us. If your order has already been processed, simply follow the return process.

We offer three delivery attempts for each shipment. If all attempts fail due to unavailability or order rejection, a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin fee.

If you decide to return your order or reject it upon delivery, please note that initial delivery charges are non-refundable, but the return itself, along with any applicable duties, taxes, or fees, will be free of charge. Items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by emailing hello@gingistore.com or using our contact form. Ensure your request is sent within the withdrawal period. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Products not eligible for withdrawal include:

• Customized items

• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: To qualify for an online refund, all items (including promotional gift items) must be returned within 14 days, unaltered, unused, and in full saleable condition, in their original packaging with all labels attached. 

GINGI reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way, or have any scents on the fabric. Such items will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Items not eligible for returns include:

• engraved jewelry, items purchased outside the UAE.

• Personalized items, underwear, and earrings.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item(s) have been approved. Once approved, we will issue a refund for the full value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. The refund (excluding any delivery charges) will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Bank Card Purchases:
Credit/Debit card refunds will be processed back to the original card used for purchase. The amount should be reflected in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your card provider. Online credits will be reflected immediately upon refund confirmation.

How to Return Your Items:
You can return items by arranging collection from your delivery address in the UAE. To do so, please contact our customer service via email at hello@gingistore.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned within 14 days.

Shipping:

You won't incur any charges: Return shipping expenses are on us. Shipping costs initially paid are non-refundable. Except for faulty products, return shipping fees won't be deducted from your refund.

Product Liability

By placing an Order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer and that we carry no product liability for those items save as described in the Returns section concerning returning the products and refunding the price paid (where applicable).

Title to Goods

The title to the items in your Order will pass to you on the later of the day on which: (i) you pay us in full for those items; or (ii) the day you receive the items. Risk in the items in your Order passes to you on delivery to the address detailed in the Order.

Content

In addition to the Intellectual Property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio, or text on this Website. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and complete, but we cannot promise that the Content is error-free. We also do not promise that the functional aspects of the Website or Content will be error-free or that this Website or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that you have up-to-date virus-checking software installed.

Descriptions

At the time of publication on our Website, all product descriptions are believed to be accurate. We also strive to represent the products on our Website as accurately as possible, however, colors and resolution may vary depending on your monitor's display. All measurements and weights are approximate.

User Generated Content

By providing a review you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute. You also grant us a right to use any content you provide for our purposes including republication in any form or media. Comments may be moderated and may not be displayed immediately but we do not commit to checking all content and will not be liable for third-party posts. If you have a complaint about any posts, please contact us here. We reserve the right in our sole discretion not to publish or to remove any comment including those that we believe may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions, or to people's privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trademarks, patents, and copyrighted content contains personal data, improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses.
