Welcome to www.gingistore.com. GINGI is a premium children's clothing brand with Spanish-inspired design, created in Dubai, UAE.

Our collections are designed in Dubai and produced in small batches with selected partner workshops in Europe (including Spain and Portugal) and with a manufacturing partner in Dubai, UAE. We source 100% cotton and 100% linen from trusted suppliers in Europe and Asia — the composition stated on each product page reflects the specifications provided by our fabric suppliers. Where we purchase GOTS-certified fabric, we obtain the supplier certificate; any certification shown on a product page applies to that specific fabric only.

GINGI is operated by ALL GARARTI LABELS TEXTILE TRADING CO. L.L.C ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and licensed to trade in Dubai.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website and the purchase of products through it. They are designed to comply with applicable UAE laws, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and the UAE Digital Commerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023).

By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping Methods, Returns & Exchanges pages, and any other policies published on the Website, form the complete agreement between you and GINGI regarding your use of our services.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website. The updated Terms take effect when published unless otherwise stated. When you place an order, the Terms in effect at the time of your order will generally apply to that order, except where a change in law requires otherwise.

We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms are published in English. Where Arabic is required by UAE law for consumer-facing information, Arabic versions may be made available on request.

To use this Website and place orders, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under UAE law
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or checking out
• Use a valid payment method that you are authorised to use

Our Website is for personal use or gifts only. Commercial or resale purchases are not permitted unless expressly agreed by us in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect commercial misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Currently, we deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only. GCC shipping is temporarily paused. Please see our Shipping Methods page for current delivery options.

We sell premium kidswear including clothing and accessories for babies and children. Our garments are made from 100% cotton or 100% linen as stated on each product page — this matches the composition provided by our fabric suppliers.

Where a product or fabric is GOTS or OEKO-TEX® certified, we obtain the relevant certificate from our supplier and indicate this on the product page. Not every GINGI piece carries the same certification; always refer to the individual product listing for composition and certification details.

We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, and the nature of natural fabrics. Minor variations may also occur between production batches or due to the small-batch, handmade nature of some pieces.

Product images are for illustration purposes. We do not warrant that descriptions on the Website are error-free. If you are unsure about sizing, fabric, or fit, please contact us before ordering.

Product sizes follow the measurements shown on each product page. It is your responsibility to review size guides before ordering.

All GINGI designs, branding, and Website content remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a product does not give you any rights to our designs, branding, photographs, or content.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time. If an error affects a confirmed order, we will notify you and offer a correction or refund.

All content on this Website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product images, software, and code — is owned by or licensed to ALL GARARTI LABELS TEXTILE TRADING CO. L.L.C and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written consent.

You may checkout as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Our customer care team will never ask for your password.

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items at the price shown (including applicable delivery fees and VAT). An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Items in your cart are not reserved until payment is completed.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for reasons such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

If a product becomes unavailable after you order but before dispatch, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative where possible.

All prices on the Website are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). A 5% VAT is included in all UAE orders as required by UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.

Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Same-day delivery in Dubai is AED 20, free on orders over AED 200. Standard 48-hour delivery across the UAE is free.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Shopify Payments in the UAE.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. We may request identity verification (such as a copy of ID) to prevent fraud on high-risk orders.

If you pay in a currency other than AED, your bank or card issuer's exchange rate and fees may apply.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms, valid for one use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless expressly permitted, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• 48-Hour Delivery (UAE): Free. Order before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Same-Day Delivery (Dubai only): AED 20, free over AED 200. Order before 10:00 AM, Monday to Saturday

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including public holidays, weather, or courier issues). If we cannot deliver within 20 days of order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund under UAE consumer protection rules.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment.

Our courier may make multiple contact and delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability to receive the order, re-delivery fees may apply.

We want you to love every GINGI piece. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page. Summary:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging attached
• Items with signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage may not be eligible for refund
• Contact us at hello@gingistore.com or WhatsApp +971 58 591 9572 with your order number to initiate a return
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent

Non-returnable items include: personalised or custom-made items; sealed hygiene-sensitive items once opened; items returned after the 14-day period; and promotional gift items not returned with the main product.

Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including applicable delivery charges.

Order cancellation: you may cancel before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once dispatched, our returns process applies.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, GINGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We hope to resolve any concern quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@gingistore.com or WhatsApp +971 58 591 9572. We will try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to your rights under UAE consumer protection legislation to seek remedies through relevant consumer protection authorities.

UAE consumers may also contact the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or the Ministry of Economy consumer protection channels for guidance on their rights.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our published policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and GINGI regarding the Website and your purchases.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or utility failures.

Notices: We may send notices to the email address associated with your account or order. You may send notices to hello@gingistore.com.

Assignment: We may assign our rights under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
