How to Return an Item
We want you to absolutely love your GINGI pieces, but if something isn't quite right, don't worry — we're here to make it easy for you!
1. Get in Touch
Email us at hello@gingistore.com or WhatsApp us at +971 058 591 9572. Just let us know your order number and which items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll take care of the rest!
2. Prepare Your Items
Carefully repack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, just as you received them.
3. Collection & Inspection
We'll arrange pickup, inspect the items to ensure they meet our return guidelines, and once approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition.
- Include the original packaging, tags, and any instructions.
A Few Important Notes
- Items that are used, washed, worn, or have perfume/scents may not be accepted. If this happens, we'll return them back to you with care.
- Received something damaged or incorrect? We're truly sorry! Let us know within 14 days, and we'll arrange a full refund, including any original shipping charges if applicable.
Refund Process
Credit/Debit Card Orders:
Refunds go back to your original card within 3-5 business days.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
You'll receive a store voucher for your next GINGI adventure!
GCC Returns (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)
For orders shipped to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar), we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
GCC Return Policy
- Return Period: Within 14 days of delivery
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (AED 20)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your item
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
