Our garments are made from 100% cotton or 100% linen — exactly as stated on each product page and as specified by our fabric suppliers in Europe (including Portugal and Spain) and Asia.

When we source a GOTS-certified fabric, we request the supplier certificate. If GOTS or OEKO-TEX® appears on a product page, it applies to that specific fabric. Not every piece carries the same certification — check the individual listing for full details.

GINGI blends Spanish childrenswear inspiration and European heritage with a Dubai-based creative studio. Founded by a mum living in the UAE, every collection is designed with a Spanish heart — artisan details, natural fabrics, and pieces made to be lived in, not kept on a shelf. We produce in small batches, so many styles are limited edition.

GINGI is created in Dubai, inspired by Spanish kids' fashion and European craft. I live in the UAE and create here, with a Spanish heart and a deep love for the childrenswear I grew up with back home.

Every piece begins as a hand-drawn sketch on paper — inspired by what we see around us, then combined with carefully chosen fabrics, laces, embroideries, mother-of-pearl and wooden buttons. Master tailors with over 40 years of experience craft each garment by hand in selected workshops across Europe and the UAE, depending on the piece. No mass production. No shortcuts. Just real craft.

Every GINGI tee is an original design — hand-drawn by us, then refined and digitised for print. Each one tells a little story, often with playful wordplay (think Bananas, Kiwis, Coffee Late…). They're unique to GINGI, made for kids who love personality in what they wear.

UAE Kiddo is our limited-edition tee from the Generation Shapers collection. It was inspired by Sheikh Hamdan's message about the Generation Shapers — the mothers, teachers, and mentors who believed in their children first. We wanted to give those women and caregivers the prominence they deserve.

The front features a sun in UAE flag colours; the back, a golden bird in flight above Abu Dhabi coordinates. A celebration of the Emirates and the people who raise the next generation — from the UAE, for UAE kiddos.

Yes — most of our collections are produced in small batches. When a style sells out, it may not return. Keep an eye on New In for fresh drops and Last Chance for final pieces.

Last Chance is our final-units collection — the last remaining pieces from past seasons at reduced prices. Once they're gone, they're gone for good. Sizes and styles are limited, so don't wait if you find something you love.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Yes! Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 10 AM. Orders placed after 10 AM will be delivered the next business day.

Free 48-hour delivery is available across the UAE. Dubai orders placed before 10 AM qualify for same-day delivery. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Yes — standard delivery across the UAE is free. No minimum order required.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status in your account if you checked out as a registered customer.

Our courier will attempt delivery and may leave a notice or contact you directly. If a redelivery is needed, follow the instructions in your tracking email or reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll help coordinate.

Last Chance items can be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached — the same policy as full-price pieces. Discount codes and bundle offers may have specific terms shown at checkout.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres. Measure your child before ordering and compare against the chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for room to grow.

Our pieces are designed with a comfortable, relaxed fit — perfect for active kids. Most styles run true to size. Check the size guide on each product page, as fit can vary slightly between Baby, Girl, and Boy collections.

We recommend sizing up — kids grow fast, and our natural fabrics don't have much stretch. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us with your child's measurements and we'll advise on the best fit.

Each collection has its own size chart on the product page. Baby sizes are age-based (0–24 months), while Girl and Boy sizes follow standard kids' sizing. Always refer to the guide on the specific item you're buying.

We recommend gentle machine washing at 30°C, turning garments inside out, and air drying. Avoid bleach and high heat. For full guidance — including stain removal and storage tips — visit our Care Guide.

Most GINGI cotton and linen pieces can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Always check the care label inside each garment — some items with delicate embroidery or hand-finished details are hand wash only.

Always wash printed and embroidered pieces inside out on a cold, delicate cycle. Never iron directly on prints or embroidery — iron inside out on low heat. Avoid tumble drying to preserve colours and details.

Absolutely. You can ship to any UAE address. Add a note at checkout or contact us on WhatsApp if you'd like help making it extra special. Our pieces arrive beautifully presented in GINGI packaging.
