2. Prepare Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, just the way you
received them, so we can process your return smoothly.
3. Collection & Inspection
Our friendly team will arrange for the collection, check the items to ensure they meet our return
guidelines, and once everything looks good, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items should be in their original, unused condition, just like when they arrived to you.
- Please include the original packaging with all tags and instructions attached.
Refund Process:

Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds will be credited back to your original card within 3-5
business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be provided as store vouchers for your next GINGI
adventure!
Order Cancellations: Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order before it's
processed by contacting us. If your order has already been processed, simply follow the return
process.
