48h Delivery: Across the UAE.

• Price: AED 20 - Free for orders over AED 200
• Time: From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
  Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed outside of working hours (8 am- 2 pm), after the cut-off time, and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates.

• Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and bank holidays — during this time, same-day and next-day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery

How to Return an Item:

1. Get in Touch
Simply send us an email at hello@gingistore.com or WhatsApp us at +971 058 591 9572, and let us know your order number along with the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll take it from there!

2. Prepare Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, just the way you received them, so we can process your return smoothly.

3. Collection & Inspection
Our friendly team will arrange for the collection, check the items to ensure they meet our return guidelines, and once everything looks good, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Items should be in their original, unused condition, just like when they arrived to you.
• Please include the original packaging with all tags and instructions attached.

A Few Important Things to Keep in Mind:

• We kindly ask that returned items are in their original condition. If they have been used, washed, or have any scents, we may not be able to process the return, but don’t worry – we’ll send them right back to you with care.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please reach out to us within 14 days, and we’ll make it right by arranging a full refund, including any original delivery charges if applicable.

Refund Process:

• Credit/Debit Card Purchases:Refunds will be credited back to your original card within 3-5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be provided as store vouchers for your next GINGI adventure!

Order Cancellations:
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order before it’s processed by contacting us. If your order has already been processed, simply follow the return process.

• Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
• Remove from the machine as soon as the cycle is finished.
• Hang up to air dry and lightly iron when dry.
• Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners.
